Kim Rose| Managing Partner & Owner
Kim Rose is a Managing Partner and Owner at PeakSide Capital Partners, a real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily property acquisitions, syndications, repositions, value-add strategies, and dispositions. With a solid foundation in real estate and a sharp eye for value-driven opportunities, Kim brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight to every investment.
He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Computer Science and brings over 30 years of experience in the real estate and investment industry. Over the course of his career, Kim has successfully acquired, repositioned, and added value to more than 100 properties, ranging from ground-up developments to full-scale remodels. Notably, every project under his leadership has met or exceeded its profit targets — a testament to his disciplined investment approach and deep market expertise.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Kim is passionate about spending quality time with his family. He enjoys boating, wakesurfing, and golfing with them on weekends and evenings. A strong believer in balance, Kim also makes it a point to have a dedicated date night with his wife every week. These personal traditions reflect his commitment to both family values and a well-rounded, active lifestyle.
John Perryman | Managing Partner & Owner
A graduate of Hanover College with a degree in Chemistry, John began his career as a Material Chemistry Lab Manager, where he spent four years overseeing analytical testing and quality control operations of the Laboratory, ensuring clients in the Aerospace, Defense, and Transportation industries would receive the highest standard of testing. His strong technical foundation and leadership in the lab environment paved the way for a successful transition into the electric utility industry. As a Senior Account Manager and later a Manufacturer's Representative, he built lasting relationships with utility clients, delivering customized solutions and driving long-term value. John enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons in the Colorado outdoors, coaching his son's sports teams, snow skiing, hunting, and going to the lake. He is excited for this next chapter of life building a multifamily investment company and helping investors grow wealth and meet their investment goals.
